Our Customer Service Team will NOT be replying to emails, phone calls or live chats during our break. All emails, phone calls and live chat messages will be replied to in due course from 2nd January 2025 onwards. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
Here at United Bricks, we wish we could hand deliver all your parcels just like Santa, but unfortunately, we don't stock flying reindeer...instead, we rely on the dedicated postal workers and couriers from around the world to deliver your orders to you.
To give yourself the best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas, we suggest ordering as soon as you can to allow as much time for both our Packing Team to ship your order AND the Postal Services to process and deliver your order.

our HQ, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery,
we thank you for your understanding and patience at this busy time.
Due to the on-going strike of Canada Post, we are unable to ship orders to Canadian addresses via 'Standard Delivery' until further notice.
We are able to offer 'Express Shipping' via UPS to Canadian addresses at a higher postage cost, allowing for orders to be received quickly and without strike related delays.
For customers who have placed an order to a Canadian address, you will receive and email to discuss the options of either paying an additional postage fee to upgrade to 'Express Shipping', placing your order on hold until 'Standard Shipping' is available or potentially cancelling your order.
We ask for your patience and understanding as this situation is beyond our control. We will keep you informed on any future delays via social media and our website.
